At JCM Management, we oversee and support a diverse portfolio of brands, including a distillery, brewery, custom millwork shop, professional race team, restaurant, and more. We are vertically integrated, offering you the unique opportunity to work across industries and bring tailored solutions and B2B opportunities to your customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent and sell multiple brands across a range of industries

Collaborate closely with team members to support shared business goals and client needs

Manage sales pipelines and client relationships with professionalism and enthusiasm

Travel locally within the greater Clarksville area to meet clients and prospects

Customize sales approach and deliverables to align with client needs and goals

Present ideas, strategies, and feedback in team settings
Qualifications:

Must reside in or near the Clarksville, TN area

Proven ability to manage and sell across multiple brands or product lines

Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset

Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals while maintaining customer satisfaction

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Open to sharing ideas and actively participating in a collaborative environment

Previous sales experience is a plus, but motivation and cultural fit are key
